Bethel Lutheran Church is located on Olympic Boulevard at Masselin Avenue, half way between LaBrea and Fairfax Avenues in the mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. We are just south of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Parking at Bethel on Sunday

Bethel Lutheran Chuch is located at 5750 West Olympic Boulevard -- the street to the West of the church is Sierra Bonita; the street to the East of the church is Masselin. The church does not have any off-street parking. Those who live nearby are encouraged to walk to and from church.

Others who live at a distance and who come early and are able to do so, are encouraged to park a couple of blocks away and walk to and from church in order to free up nearby parking spaces for those who have difficulty walking or who come late. Regardless of where you park, remember to do so quietly and PLEASE don't litter the streets/sidewalks, as Bethel's parking is dependent on the willingness to permit parking by those neighbors who have thus far refrained from imposing no parking on their streets.

• Olympic -- parking is permitted on both sides of the street (be very careful crossing this street)
• Sierra Bonita (North and South of Olympic) -- parking is permitted at any time.
• Masselin --
  • North of Olympic - no parking is permitted at any time
  • South of Olympic - parking is permitted between Olympic and Bethel's driveway. Also, parking is permitted on both the East and West side of the street from the fork in the road (where Carmona curves off to the East) to San Vicente Blvd.
• Carmona -- no parking any time.

Please note that the above only applies to Sunday parking. These streets have different parking restrictions on the other days of the week.
