Pastor Jim is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington in 1959 and of Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio, 1963. He has served as pastor in Alaska, Washington and California. More recently he served as a missionary in Tokyo, Japan and Seoul, Korea. He also is a retired Navy chaplain.

Pastor Jim and Nancy have been married nearly 40 years. They have been blessed with two children, Melissa and Trevor, as well as two granddaughters, Sakura and Landen.

The Bullocks have resided in Riverside, California for nearly 30 years. Pastor Jim is grateful for the opportunity to serve the members of Bethel. He thanks the Lord for 45 years of ministry and looks forward to continuing serving God’s people in the future.
